We're based in Toronto but always up for a conversation about design. Coffee's on us if you stop by.

Look, sustainable design isn't just about slapping solar panels on a roof and calling it a day. We've spent years figuring out how to make spaces that actually work for people while respecting the environment. It's a balance - sometimes messy, always interesting.
Every project starts with listening. What do you actually need? What's the site telling us? Then we get into the creative stuff - but it's always grounded in what makes sense for your budget, your lifestyle, and yeah, the planet too.

Started small, grew organically. Here's the short version of how we got here.
Founded in a shared workspace with just two architects and a dream to do things differently.
Completed our first LEED Platinum residential project. That one changed everything for us.
Moved to Queen West and expanded the team. Started taking on larger commercial projects.
Won Ontario Sustainable Design Award. Also learned a ton about passive house standards.
Still here, still learning, still pushing for better design. Over 80 projects completed and counting.
We're a small team - which means you actually get to know the people designing your space.
Principal Architect
Been doing this for 15 years. Loves passive solar design and hates wasted space. Usually found sketching on napkins during lunch.
Co-Founder & Design Lead
The detail guy. If there's a building code, Marcus knows it. Also weirdly enthusiastic about insulation materials.
Interior Design Specialist
Joined us in 2019. Makes spaces feel right - not just look good. Has an uncanny ability to read what clients actually want.
Project Manager
Keeps everything on track. Former contractor, so he knows what's actually possible on a job site vs. what looks good on paper.
We'll reach out within a day or two. Usually just a 15-20 minute call to see if we're a good fit.
If things look promising, we'll come check out the space. This is where ideas start flowing.
We'll put together a proposal with scope, timeline, and costs. No hidden fees or surprises.
Once you're on board, we dive into the fun part - actually creating your space.
